目的分析妊娠期糖尿病患者血清葡萄糖依赖性促胰岛素释放肽(GIP)、成纤维细胞生长因子-23(FGF23)水平与产后糖代谢异常的关系。方法选取在我产检并分娩的200例妊娠期糖尿病产妇,在孕妇确诊为妊娠糖尿病时检测GIP、FGF23,根据本组孕产妇产后是否发生糖代谢异常将其分为异常组(50例)、正常组(150例),对比两组GIP、FGF23水平,探讨GIP、FGF23对妊娠期糖尿病患者产后糖代谢异常的预测价值。结果异常组孕GIP显著低于正常组,FGF23水平显著高于正常组(P<0.05),person相关性分析结果表明,GIP与妊娠期糖尿病患者产后糖代谢异常呈负相关(r=-0.276),FGF23与妊娠期糖尿病患者产后糖代谢异常呈正相关(r=0.399)。GIP、FGF23预测妊娠期糖尿病患者产后糖代谢异常的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.722、0.631,联合预测妊娠期糖尿病患者产后糖代谢异常的AUC为0.877,比GIP、FGF23单独预测的价值更高(P<0.05)。结论GIP、FGF23与妊娠期糖尿病患者产后糖代谢异常密切相关,因此在妊娠糖尿病的防治中积极加强GIP、FGF23水平监测。
