单核细胞增生李斯特菌（listeria monocytogenes，LM）感染是威胁妊娠安全的食源性传染病，能引起严重的围产期死亡。本研究回顾性分析一例妊娠中期李斯特菌感染致急性绒毛膜羊膜炎并胎死宫内的患者临床资料，探讨改善母婴预后的处理策略。
