目的是研究高分辨率MRI对脑小血管病变影像学特征及临床价值,从而提高脑小血管病的初期鉴别能力。通过选取部分确诊患者作为案例,对T1WI、T2WI、DWI、FLAIR等多种影像进行分析和判定,运用Fazekas评价标准进行对应评分和分级统计。试验结果表明高分辨率MRI对脑小血管病变诊断的准确率较高,可以实现高达91.3%腔隙性梗死检出情况,特别是对白质硬化和微栓子的识别能力。此外,Fazekas评分与患者年龄阶段、是否存在高血压病史表现出明显的正相关(P<0.05),尤其是在检测微栓子中SWI序列表现更为出色。结果显示,高分辨率MRI可有效地识别脑小血管病变的不同影像学特点,对于微小病变识别和判定具有较高的临床价值。
