反流性食管炎(Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease,GERD)与代谢相关性脂肪性肝病(Metabolic Associated Fatty Liver Disease,MAFLD)是两种常见的慢性疾病,两者均与代谢综合征(如肥胖、胰岛素抵抗、血脂异常等)密切相关,近年来其高发病率与共病风险受到广泛关注,两者不仅在流行病学上可能存在显著重叠,也存在共同的病理生理机制。本文综述了两者在流行病学、发病机制及临床管理中的相关性,旨在为综合诊疗策略提供理论依据,以期为临床实践及研究提供参考。
