血液透析患者导管相关性感染，极大影响患者预后与生活质量。当下预防护理措施有状况，无菌操作执行存在差别，导管维护缺乏个性化，患者教育不够深入，护理人员培训也落后。在探索优化办法，像强化无菌操作，进行个性化导管维护，拓展患者教育，更新培训内容，加强多学科协作，实践已证实有效。预防护理朝着多学科融合、技术智能化、教育个性化、管理模式数据化发展，以此降低感染发生率，提升患者透析安全和生活质量。
