本维莫德(benvitimod)是一种芪类小分子化合物,通过激活芳烃受体发挥抗氧化、免疫平衡调节、促进皮肤屏障修复、减少水分流失等作用治疗银屑病和特应性皮炎。2019年被我国药品监督管理局批准用于局部治疗成人轻中度寻常型银屑病,临床疗效较好。随后发现其在特应性皮炎豚鼠的治疗中效果良好,可予以临床推广。本维莫德安全性良好,患者耐受度好,常见的不良反应为瘙痒、毛囊炎、接触性皮炎、色素异常、皮炎和皮肤干燥。
