早期胃癌的内镜诊断现状

胃癌(GC)是全球范围内的重大健康挑战,尽管在过去几十年中,GC在各国的发病率和死亡率总体呈下降趋势,但其发病率和死亡率均位于恶性肿瘤的第五位[1]。近年来,随着消化内镜技术的进步,早期胃癌(Early Gastric Cancer,EGC)的检测率显著提高。然而,除日本和韩国外,全球大多数地区的GC总体5年相对生存率仍维持在20%-30%[2],而EGC的五年生存率可达90%以上。因此,早期诊断仍是提高胃癌患者生存率的关键。本文综述了胃癌的早期诊断现状,重点介绍了白光内镜、放大内镜、图像增强内镜、共聚焦激光显微内镜以及人工智能技术在内镜诊断中的应用,旨在为临床实践提供参考。
