心肌疾病的发病率逐年攀升,已成为导致人类死亡的主要原因之一。由于这类复杂心脏疾病的早期诊断和精确分类对临床治疗至关重要,因此早期识别心肌结构改变就成为预测疾病风险的关键环节。虽然目前临床评估心功能主要采用M型超声心动图、单平面Simpson法和双平面Simpson法三种技术,这些方法在评估形态正常的左心室收缩功能及容积测量方面具有较高准确性.。然而,这些技术都基于对左心室形态的特定假设,在评估已发生结构改变的心脏疾病时,其左心室收缩功能评估结果可能存在系统偏差。三维斑点追踪技术作为新兴影像学技术,基于这些技术优势,近年来该技术在心肌病研究中取得了显著进展。本文系统综述了三维斑点追踪技术在心肌病研究中的应用进展,包括心功能评估、心肌病分类和临床预后预测等方面的作用,并对未来研究方向和临床应用前景进行了展望。
