2型糖尿病(T2DM)是一种常见的慢性代谢性疾病,其并发症严重影响患者的生活质量和预后。甘油三酯-葡萄糖(TyG)指数作为一种综合反映糖脂代谢的指标,成本低,计算简便,能反映胰岛素抵抗和糖脂代谢异常,在2型糖尿病及其并发症的预测方面具有重要价值。本文综述了TyG指数的计算方法、与2型糖尿病发病的关系及其在心血管并发症、微血管并发症和神经病变等并发症预测中的作用,为临床应用提供参考。
