手足综合征（HFS）是化疗后常见的皮肤毒性反应，显著影响患者生活质量。本文系统综述HFS的临床表现及防治策略。研究表明，HFS发病率与化疗药物种类、给药方案及疗程密切相关并提出一系列临床干预措施。其中，COX-2抑制剂（如塞来昔布）和外用双氯芬酸凝胶可显著降低HFS发生率（塞来昔布组14.7%vs对照组29.6%，p<0.05）。同时发现患者教育、生活方式调整及心理支持对症状管理至关重要。未来需进一步开展多中心临床研究以形成标准化防治指南。
