胃癌是全球常见的恶性肿瘤之一,严重威胁人类健康。据世界卫生组织国际癌症研究机构(IARC)发布的2020年全球癌症数据,胃癌新发病例约108.9万例,死亡病例约76.9万例,其发病率和死亡率在各类恶性肿瘤中均位居前列。本文系统梳理血脂异常与胃癌发生风险的流行病学研究进展。通过对国内外相关文献的综合分析,探讨总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇等血脂指标异常与胃癌发病风险之间的关联,并剖析可能的作用机制。现有研究表明,血脂异常与胃癌发生风险存在复杂关联,部分血脂指标异常可能增加胃癌患病风险,但也有研究结论存在分歧。深入探究两者关系,有助于揭示胃癌发病机制,为胃癌的早期预防、风险评估和干预提供新的理论依据和研究方向。
