单侧双通道内镜技术(Unilateral Biportal Endoscopy,UBE)作为脊柱微创外科领域的新兴技术,近年来在腰椎退行性疾病治疗中展现出显著优势。其通过两个独立的小通道(观察通道与操作通道)实现内镜下的可视化操作,结合了内镜的微创性与开放手术的器械操作自由度。本文综述UBE技术的原理、操作要点、临床应用范围(涵盖椎间盘突出症、椎管狭窄症、腰椎融合术)、临床疗效、并发症及其未来发展前景,旨在为临床实践提供参考。
