机器人辅助治疗高血压脑出血研究进展

高血压脑出血(Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage,HICH)是神经外科常见的急危重症之一,具有高致残率和高死亡率的特点。传统的开颅血肿清除术及立体定向穿刺术虽在临床上广泛应用,但仍存在创伤大、定位不精准、术后并发症多等问题。近年来,随着医疗机器人技术的发展,机器人辅助微创手术逐渐应用于脑出血的治疗中,展现出良好的应用前景。本文就机器人辅助治疗高血压脑出血的研究进展进行综述,重点探讨其技术原理、临床应用现状、疗效评价及面临的挑战。
