急性缺血性脑卒中是导致残疾和死亡的主要原因,神经影像学技术在其诊断和治疗中至关重要。目的:本综述旨在评估薄层CT和CTA在急性脑卒中取栓术中的应用及其对临床决策的支持作用。方法:通过分析文献,探讨薄层CT与CTA在血栓识别、血管成像及术前规划中的优势与局限。结论:研究显示,薄层CT和CTA的结合能提高诊断精准性和治疗效果,为急性缺血性脑卒中管理提供了更有力的支持。
