痛风骨侵蚀动物模型研究进展

痛风是一种单钠尿酸盐沉积所致的晶体相关性关节病,部分痛风患者会进展至慢性痛风石病变期,此阶段以皮下痛风石结节形成、持续性关节炎症以及潜在的骨侵蚀为特征,进而可能引发关节畸形和功能障碍。本文综述了当前常用的痛风骨侵蚀动物模型构建方法,主要包括在啮齿类动物(如大鼠、小鼠)关节腔内直接注射MSU晶体或尿酸氧化酶抑制剂(如氧嗪酸钾)诱导高尿酸血症及局部晶体注射刺激。以期为痛风骨侵蚀相关研究提供参考。
