头颈胸部肿瘤放射性皮炎的治疗进展

当下,针对头颈胸部肿瘤放射性皮炎的治疗尚处于动态发展阶段。多项国内外研究结果指出,采用药物及物理治疗的方式,对加速创面愈合、缓解患者局部疼痛方面具有积极作用,可在一定程度上能有效改善患者的症状,也可显著促进皮损的恢复。不过目前这些治疗方式大多还停留在个人经验的阶段,尚缺少一套权威性标准化系统治疗放射性皮炎的模式。因此,对放疗后出现放射性皮炎的患者实施标准化系统治疗显得尤为重要,有必要系统推进相关的临床基础研究,为减轻患者的痛苦,制定出科学合理的防治标准化指南。
