骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)是老年骨质疏松人群的常见骨科疾病,其高发病率、高致残率严重影响患者生活质量并加重社会医疗负担。经皮椎体成形术、经皮椎体后凸成形术等穿刺介入治疗已成为OVCF的一线方案,但传统徒手穿刺依赖术者经验,存在穿刺精度不足、并发症风险较高等问题。机器人导航技术凭借其精准定位、稳定操作的优势,逐渐应用于OVCF穿刺治疗领域,为提升手术疗效、降低手术风险提供了新的解决方案。本文系统梳理近年来机器人导航辅助穿刺治疗OVCF的相关临床研究,从技术原理与发展、临床疗效指标(穿刺精度、疼痛缓解、功能恢复)、安全性及成本效益等方面进行综述,分析该技术的优势与现存问题,并对其未来发展趋势进行展望,为临床推广应用及后续研究提供参考。
