文章摘要
Kambin三角作为腰椎后外侧入路的关键解剖标志,为微创经椎间孔腰椎椎体间融合术提供了天然的安全操作通道,其解剖结构的精准识别与合理利用是手术成功的核心前提。本文系统综述Kambin三角的解剖基础、在MIS-TLIF手术中的经典应用路径,重点探讨精准化手术时代下,影像学引导、机器人辅助、3D打印等技术与Kambin三角解剖入路的融合创新,分析当前应用中的挑战与解决方案,并展望未来发展趋势。研究表明,Kambin三角的解剖认知深化与精准化技术的结合,显著降低了MIS-TLIF手术的神经损伤风险,提升了融合效率与临床疗效,推动微创脊柱外科向“解剖精准、创伤最小、疗效最优”的方向发展。
