阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(obstructive sleep apnea,OSA)是一种常见的睡眠障碍,其通过间歇性低氧、睡眠结构片段化等机制损害脑类淋巴系统功能,导致β-淀粉样蛋白等神经毒性物质清除障碍,进而增加认知损伤与神经退行性疾病风险。近年来,多模态磁共振成像技术为无创评估类淋巴功能提供了新途径:DTI-ALPS指数可量化类淋巴引流效率,其降低与OSA严重程度显著相关;扩散峰度成像(DKI)能更敏感地探测白质微结构异常,揭示与认知功能障碍相关的早期损伤;静息态功能磁共振则通过脑脊液-血氧耦合分析提供功能视角。
