强直性脊柱炎(Ankylosing Spondylitis,AS)是一种炎症性疾病,以骶髂关节和脊柱炎症为特征,晚期可导致骨性融合。其病因是遗传背景和环境因素复杂相互作用的结果。虽然在过去的几十年里取得了重大进展,但AS的病因机制在一定程度上仍不清楚。迄今为止,研究已经揭示了一些可能与AS发生有关的因素,包括遗传背景、免疫反应、微生物因素、代谢异常等。基于此,该文总结AS潜在的发病机制,以期为AS的治疗提供参考。
