自身免疫性肝炎（AIH）是一种慢性肝脏炎症，常无特异性临床表现，而以血清谷丙/谷草转氨酶、免疫球蛋白G（IgG）、自身抗体的异常及肝组织学检查呈界面性肝炎为特征。由于其临床症状隐匿，且缺乏疾病特异性的生物标志物或组织学表现，所以AIH的诊断仍具有较大挑战。
