随着医改的深层次开展,人力资源优化配置已变成医院高效率快速发展的关键步骤之一。完成人力资源优化配置信息化,不但可以提升管理效益,还能够推动医院的迅速发展趋势。可是,我国医院的人力资源信息化管理方法还存有一些不足,必须持续提升和完善明确提出的问题。随着大家社会的不断发展,我们与信息科技的应用拥有数不清的联络,卫生人力资源的信息化基本建设也在不断进步和健全。卫生人力资源信息化指的是根据信息科技对人力资源开展管理方法,借助互联网技术管理体系的创建,推动卫生人力资源分配的提升。因而,文中从医院人力资源优化配置现况考虑,剖析了信息化对人力资源研发的必要性,明确提出从资源共享、系统软件健全、信息内容配对、信息化四个方面提高医院人力资源信息化水平和会计适用合理的管理模式。 With the development of medical reform, the optimal allocation of human resources has become one of the key steps in the rapid and efficient development of hospitals.Completing the informationization of human resources optimal allocation can not only improve the management efficiency, but also promote the rapid development trend of the hospital.However, there are still some deficiencies in the management method of human resource informationization of hospitals in China, which must be continuously improved and improved.With the continuous development of society, we have countless contacts with the application of information technology, and the information infrastructure of health human resources is also constantly improving and perfecting.The informationization of health human resources refers to the management method of human resources based on information technology and the establishment of Internet technology management system to promote the distribution of health human resources.Therefore, this paper analyzes the necessity of informatization to human resources research and development from the current situation of hospital human resources optimal allocation, and puts forward a reasonable management mode to improve hospital human resources informatization level and accounting application from four aspects: resource sharing, system software soundness, information content matching and informatization.
