目的：探讨护理标识在老年病房护理管理中的应用效果及满意度。方法：选取2019年6月-2021年7月本院收治的老年住院患者84例纳入研究，依据护理标识实施的前后进行分组，各42例，对照组（2019年6月-2020年6月）实施常规老年病房护理管理，观察组（2020年7月-2021年7月）实施护理标识管理，对比效果及满意度。结果：观察组护理不良事件、检查延误发生率分别为4.76%、2.38%，低于对照组的19.05%、14.29%，数据2组对比（x2=4.087、3.896，P值分别为0.043、0.048），差异明显（P<0.05）；观察组病房环境、服务态度、护理操作、健康教育、护理质量评分，与对照组相比（t分别为4.616、2.937、7.694、5.333、5.923，P均为0.000），数据存在显著差异（P<0.05）；观察组躯体功能、情绪功能、生理功能、活力、心理功能、社会功能、精神状态评分，均高于对照组（t为8.945、8.711、8.342、9.188、8.342、10.756、8.478、8.121，而P均<0.05）。结论：在老年病房护理管理中，护理标识的实施，有效减少不良事件的发生，护理满意度和生活质量更高。 Objective: To explore the application effect and satisfaction of nursing label in nursing management of geriatric ward.Methods: A total of 84 elderly inpatients admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to July 2021 were included in the study. According to the implementation of nursing labels,42 inpatients were divided into two groups, the control group (from June 2019 to June 2020) and the observation group (from July 2020 to July 2021).Results: The incidence of adverse nursing events and examination delay in the observation group were 4.76% and 2.38%, respectively, which were lower than those in the control group (19.05% and 14.29%, respectively). The data were compared between the two groups (x2=4.087,3.896, P=0.043,0.048, respectively), and the difference was significant (P <0.05). The scores of ward environment, service attitude, nursing operation, health education and nursing quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (t=4.616,2.937,7.694,5.333,5.923, respectively, P=0.000).The scores of somatic function, emotional function, physiological function, vitality, psychological function, social function and mental state in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (t=8.945,8.711,8.342,9.188,8.342,10.756,8.478,8.121, P <0.05).Conclusion: In the nursing management of geriatric ward, the implementation of nursing label can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events, and the nursing satisfaction and quality of life are higher.
