目的：分析穴位按摩护理干预在针对癌症患者疼痛控制和睡眠质量起到哪些显著效果。方法：选取2018年3月-2019年3月收治的100例癌症患者作为研究对象，将患者随机数字表法将100例患者分为对照组和观察组，各50例，对照组患者给予常规护理干预，观察组患者则在常规护理的基础上应用穴位按摩干预，对比2组患者的疼痛情况、患者的睡眠质量评分。结果：护理后，观察组的数据采集评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；护理后，观察组的睡眠质量评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：穴位按摩护理减轻患者癌性疼痛的痛苦和不适，不但能改善患者的睡眠，还提升患者的生活质量。 Objective: To analyze the effect of acupoint massage nursing intervention on pain control and sleep quality of cancer patients.Methods:100 cancer patients admitted from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the study objects.100 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 50 patients each. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention, while the patients in the observation group were given acupoint massage intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The pain and sleep quality scores of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results: After nursing, the score of data collection in observation group was lower than that in control group (P <0.05); after nursing, the score of sleep quality in observation group was lower than that in control group (P <0.05).Conclusion: Acupoint massage can relieve the pain and discomfort of cancer pain, improve the sleep and life quality of patients.
