此次探究肢体语言沟通在老年患者门诊护理当中的实际运用，采用的方法是选择某医院所收治的老年患者50例，将其分为研究组和沟通组，每组人员有25例，其中研究组应用常规护理，沟通组运用肢体语言沟通护理。对比沟通组和研究组两者之间的护理，接受以及满意度。最终所得出来的结果是沟通组的护理接受概率为88%，研究组接受概率为72%，这两组之间的差异具有统计学意义（P≤0.05）。而护理满意度方面的沟通组为96%，护理组为80%，这两组差异具有统计学意义（P≤0.05）。最终所得出来的结论是老年患者门诊护理当中运用肢体语言沟通方法，可以更好将这些老年患者的护理接受率以及满意度提高。 This study is to explore the practical application of body language communication in outpatient nursing of elderly patients.The method is to select 50 elderly patients admitted to a hospital, and divide them into research group and communication group, each group has 25 cases.The research group applies routine nursing, the communication group uses body language communication nursing.Compare care, acceptance, and satisfaction between the communication group and the study group.The final result was that the probability of nursing acceptance was 88% in the communication group and 72% in the study group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P≤0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P≤0.05).The final conclusion is that the use of body language communication in outpatient care of elderly patients can better improve the nursing acceptance rate and satisfaction of these elderly patients.
