目的：手术中需要对腹腔镜下胆囊切除手术的患者进行配合护理，了解对患者治疗效果及生命的影响。方法：选取2017年1月至2018年1月接诊的80例腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各40例。在对患者区分后，对照组使用传统意义上的护理观察组给予更加完善的手术护理，从而比较两组腹腔镜下胆囊摘除手术护理患者的满意情况。腹腔镜下胆囊切除手术患者开展时间、患者术后平均住院的时间、患者的住院费用以及护理前患者的各项指标特征，术后并发症的发生率。结果：观察组腹腔镜下胆囊切除术有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗患者缩短手术时间和减少并发症。 Objective: To know the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy on the life of patients.Methods:80 patients treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group (40 cases each).After differentiating the patients, the control group used the traditional nursing observation group to give more perfect surgical nursing, so as to compare the satisfaction of the two groups of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients.The duration of laparoscopic cholecystectomy, the average hospital stay, the cost of hospitalization, the characteristics of pre-nursing parameters and the incidence of postoperative complications.Results: In the observation group, laparoscopic cholecystectomy had statistical significance (P <0.05).Conclusion: Laparoscopic cholecystectomy can shorten operation time and reduce complications.
