目的：探讨对患者的优质护理服务根据相应的外科门诊护理工作中的应用效果。方法：选择2014年10月-2015年10月实施对患者的优质护理服务后的外科门诊就诊的50例患者为观察组，2014年2-9月未实施优质护理服务前院外科门诊就诊的50例患者为对照组。对照组患者给予传统的常规接诊护理模式，观察组患者在常规接诊护理模式的基础上，给予一系列的优质化精致护理服务，对于患者手术前手术装进行相应的测量，收缩压及舒张压等评定，采用视觉模拟评分。对患者术后的疼痛以及术前焦虑、抑郁等分别进行评分，对两组患者的状态进行数据化，显示调查问卷方式的审查结果检测出患者对护理的满意度。结果：通过优质化精致护理服务对患者手术前的收缩压和患者的舒张压进行测量，对照组明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），护理后观察组的收缩压及舒张压评分均显著低于对照组（P<0.05），两组患者术后疼痛评估比较，观察组患者总满意度达到97.0%，明显高于对照组的83.0%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：优质护理服务的实施推动了外科门诊护理工作的开展，进一步提高外科门诊的护理工作质量，不仅可以改善患者的心理状况，更能减轻患者的疼痛，提高患者满意度。 Objective: To explore the application effect of high quality nursing service to patients according to the corresponding surgical outpatient nursing work.Methods:50 patients who received high-quality nursing service from October 2014 to October 2015 were selected as observation group, and 50 patients who received no high-quality nursing service from February to September 2014 as control group.The patients in the control group were given the traditional routine nursing mode, and the patients in the observation group were given a series of high-quality and exquisite nursing services on the basis of the conventional nursing mode. The patients in the observation group were given the corresponding measurement, systolic pressure and diastolic pressure before operation, and the visual simulation score was used.Postoperative pain, preoperative anxiety and depression were scored respectively, and the status of the two groups of patients was dataized, showing that the results of questionnaire examination detected the satisfaction of patients with nursing.Results: Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of patients before operation were measured by high-quality and exquisite nursing service. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) in the control group. After nursing, the scores of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion: The implementation of high-quality nursing service promotes the development of nursing work in surgical outpatient service, further improve the quality of nursing work in surgical outpatient service, not only can improve the psychological status of patients, but also can reduce the pain of patients and improve the satisfaction of patients.
