目的：探究循证护理对湿疹皮炎患者护理质量及并发症的影响。方法：选取我院在2018年1月至2021年1月收治的120例湿疹皮炎患者，随机分为观察组（循证护理干预）和对照组（常规护理）各60人。结果：观察组护理质量评分高于对照组，并发症发生率（6.7%）低于对照组（26.7%），（P<0.05）；干预后，观察组不良情绪、生活质量改善更明显（P<0.05）。结论：对湿疹皮炎患者实施循证护理干预可以获得更为理想的干预效果。 Objective: To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on nursing quality and complications in patients with eczema and dermatitis.Methods:120 patients with eczema and dermatitis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were randomly divided into observation group (evidence-based nursing intervention) and control group (routine nursing).Results: The nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the complication rate (6.7%) was lower than that of the control group (26.7%)(P <0.05).Conclusion: Evidence-based nursing intervention in patients with eczema and dermatitis can obtain more ideal effect.
