目的：研究重症监护护理对于上消化道出血患者护理中的临床成效。方法：筛选出我院在2018年4月份到7月份的74例上消化道出血患者进行对照实验，将其平均划分为两组甲组和乙组各37个患者，甲组作为参照组，乙组作为实验组采用重症监护护理，通过数据对比两组的实验效果。参照组采取日常护理，实验组在日常护理上优化护理方法，根据两组的患者在出血量、止血时间的长短、生存质量综合评分表、SDS评分和SAS评分的数据分析护理差异性。结果：实验组在短时间内成功止血的比例大于参照组，一年以内再次出血概率也是低于参照组的，且在身心的评分中表现也是优于参照组的。结论：通过对上消化道出血患者实施重症监护护理措施后，其止血效果显著提高，减少患者出血严重的问题，对于恢复健康以及缓解患者的精神压力和负面情绪都是有利的，整体效果很好，可以帮助患者恢复健康。 Objective: To study the clinical effect of intensive care on patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:74 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital from April to July 2018 were selected for the control experiment. They were divided into two groups: group A (37 patients) and group B (37 patients). Group A (37 patients) served as the reference group and group B (37 patients) served as the experimental group.The daily nursing was adopted in the reference group, and the nursing method was optimized in the experimental group. The differences of nursing were analyzed according to the blood loss, the length of hemostasis time, the comprehensive score table of quality of life, SDS score and SAS score.Results: The percentage of successful hemostasis in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group in a short time, and the probability of rebleeding within one year was lower than that in the control group, and the performance in physical and mental score was also better than that in the control group.Conclusion: The hemostatic effect of intensive care for patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding is significantly improved and the serious bleeding problem is reduced, which is beneficial to the recovery of health and relieve the mental pressure and negative emotions of patients, and the overall effect is good, which can help the patients recover health.
