近些年，对人力、财力和物力的管理已不再是依靠医院信息系统的管理方式，“以患者为中心”的管理模式受到了广泛关注，各大医院都积极结合自身的具体需求建立电子病历系统。电子病历数据信息量大幅度增长，电子病历管理系统的重要作用也越来越显现，其能够在海量的电子病历信息中获取需要内容，同时对隐藏在信息中的医学规律进行充分挖掘，从而给疾病的诊断与治疗提供可靠、精准的数据支持，是临床科研工作中的主要构成内容。因而，文章主要在结构化电子病历的基础上，对糖尿病专病管理系统的设计进行综述，以期能够给相关医疗和科研人员提供参考和帮助，进一步促进临床科研与医疗工作质量、效果的提高，加强糖尿病的诊断率以及治愈率。 In recent years, the management of human, financial and material resources no longer depends on the management of hospital information system, the "patient-centered" management mode has been widely concerned, major hospitals are actively combined with their specific needs to establish electronic medical record system.The information amount of electronic medical record data increases greatly, and the important role of electronic medical record management system is more and more obvious. It can obtain the required content in the massive electronic medical record information, and at the same time, it can fully mine the medical law hidden in the information, so as to provide reliable and accurate data support for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, which is the main content of clinical scientific research work.Therefore, on the basis of structured electronic medical records, this paper summarizes the design of diabetes management system, in order to provide reference and help for relevant medical and scientific research personnel, further promote the quality and effect of clinical research and medical work, strengthen the diagnosis rate and cure rate of diabetes.
