目的：探究直肠癌治疗手术前分期诊断中应用CT影响技术的实际价值。方法：选择我院2020年9月-2021年9月收诊的所有直肠癌患者中，结合不同的诊断方式，将其分为A组（CT影像检查，n=25）和B组（病理诊断，n=25），将患者的CT影像诊断结果与患者的病理诊断结果两两比较，分析出CT诊断在直肠癌患者治疗手术前分期中的实际应用价值。结果：25例患者均采取CT影像诊断检查，其检出率100%。T1-2期的CT诊断与病理诊断符合率为93.75%（15/16），T3期CT诊断与病理诊断符合率为100.00%（5/5），T4期CT诊断与病理诊断符合率为100.00%（4/4），P＞0.05。结论：在直肠癌患者治疗手术前的分期诊断中，应用CT诊断，能够发挥出CT检查的优点，并且其诊断正确率与病理诊断正确率契合度较高，值得推广。 Objective: To explore the practical value of CT in preoperative staging of rectal cancer.Methods: All patients with rectal cancer admitted from September 2020 to September 2021 in our hospital were divided into two groups: group A (CT imaging, n=25) and group B (pathologic diagnosis, n=25). The results of CT imaging and pathologic diagnosis were compared.Results: CT images were taken in all 25 patients and the detection rate was 100%.The coincidence rate of CT diagnosis and pathological diagnosis was 93.75%(15/16) in stage T1-2,100.00%(5/5) in stage T3 and 100.00%(4/4) in stage T4(P >0.05).Conclusion: In the staging diagnosis of rectal cancer patients before operation, CT diagnosis can give play to the advantages of CT examination, and its diagnostic accuracy rate and pathologic diagnostic accuracy rate are high, worthy of promotion.
