目的：分析研究子宫肌瘤患者临床护理中采取常规护理、心理护理的应用价值。方法：本次选择50例本医院子宫肌瘤患者入组分析，选取时间2020.9-2021.12，针对患者采取双盲法分组，干预组采取常规护理基础上心理护理，参照组应用常规护理，分析指标：患者负性情绪评分、满意度指标、生活质量指标、并发症发生率。结果：干预组满意度指标与参照组比较，干预组满意度更高性（P＜0.05），并发症发生率对比结果分析，干预组并发症发生率明显低于参照组（P＜0.05），护理前，干预组、参照组负性情绪评分对比差异小（P＞0.05），护理后，干预组负性情绪评分相比参照组更低（P＜0.05），护理前，干预组生活质量指标对比参照组无统计学差异（P＞0.05），护理后，干预组生活质量对比参照组偏高（P＜0.05）。结论：子宫肌瘤患者中应用心理护理能够积极改善患者心理健康，提高患者生活质量。 Objective: To analyze the application value of routine nursing and psychological nursing in clinical nursing of patients with hysteromyoma.Methods: Fifty patients with hysteromyoma were enrolled in this study. The period was from September 2020 to December 2021. The patients were divided into two groups by double-blind method. The intervention group was given psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The reference group was given routine nursing.Results: Compared with the reference group, the satisfaction index of the intervention group was higher (P <0.05). The complication rate of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the reference group (P <0.05),护理前,干预组、参照组负性情绪评分对比差异小(P>0.05). After nursing, the negative emotion score of the intervention group was lower than that of the reference group (P <0.05),护理前,干预组生活质量指标对比参照组无统计学差异(P>0.05).Conclusion: Psychological nursing can improve patients’ mental health and life quality.
