目的：探究中医特色护理对创伤骨折患者的影响。方法：研究时间为2021年1月-2021年12月，研究对象为此期间我院收治的创伤骨折患者，共计98例。通过抽签方式将入组患者分为对照组与观察组，对照组为蓝色签，采用常规护理，观察组为红色签，采用常规护理+中医特色护理。比较干预后两组患者相关情况。结果：观察组卧床时间、住院时间及骨折愈合时间，均短于对照组，存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。护理干预后，两组患者NRS（疼痛）评分均较干预前有所降低，且观察组低于对照组，存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。护理后观察组NAS（运动功能）、SF-36（生活质量）评分高于对照组，且舒适度评分低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。护理满意度，观察组为97.96%（48/49），对照组为85.71%（42/49），观察组高于对照组，存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：使用中医特色护理方式对创伤骨折患者进行干预，对于促进期关节功能恢复、提高预后生活质量具有积极意义，可以有效缓解患者疼痛感，提高护理满意度，具有积极临床使用价值，值得推广。 Objective: To explore the effect of characteristic nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on patients with traumatic fracture.Methods: From January 2021 to December 2021,98 patients with traumatic fractures were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by drawing lots. The blue label was used for the control group and the red label was used for the observation group.Patients in both groups were compared after intervention.Results: The bed rest time, hospitalization time and fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05).After nursing intervention, the NRS score of patients in both groups was lower than that before nursing intervention, and the NRS score of observation group was lower than that of control group (P <0.05).After nursing, the scores of NAS (motor function) and SF-36(quality of life) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the scores of comfort were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05).Nursing satisfaction was 97.96%(48/49) in the observation group and 85.71%(42/49) in the control group. There was statistical significance between the observation group and the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion: The intervention of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing for patients with traumatic fracture has positive significance in promoting the recovery of joint function and improving the quality of life of prognosis.It can effectively relieve the patients’ pain and improve the nursing satisfaction.It has positive clinical application value and is worth popularizing.
