心脏外科手术具有难度高、创伤大的特点，围术期内也具有多种不良反应及并发挥的可能性，因此如何促进患者的恢复一直以来也是临床上积极探索的问题，随着相关研究的深入和临床经验的积累，有证据表明在围术期护理工作中施加加速康复外科理念具有良好的应用效果，并且在长期的实践中受到了众多医护人员和患者高度的评价与认可，本文主要就心脏手术加速康复外科理念的进展进行综述。 Cardiac surgery has the characteristics of high difficulty and great trauma, and there are many kinds of adverse reactions and possibilities to play in the perioperative period. Therefore, how to promote the recovery of patients has been a problem of active clinical exploration. With the deepening of relevant research and the accumulation of clinical experience, there is evidence that applying the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing has good application effect, and has been highly evaluated and recognized by many medical staff and patients in long-term practice. This article mainly reviews the progress of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in cardiac surgery.
