目的：探讨规范化护理在造口患者中的实际应用效果。方法：选择我院近两年接诊的胃肠外科实施肠造口的患者99例，并对患者简要做分组，以双盲法为原则划分为A组（对照）49例，实施常规护理，B组（研究）50例，实行规范化护理干预模式，期间，医护人员需要重视做好对相应指标的记录工作。结果：根据研究结果发现B组患者的总体护理效果更优，B组患者造口评分更高，护理满意度更高，并发症发生人数更少，生活质量评分与自护能力更高，与A组差异极大，P<0.05。结论：经过研究发现，将规范化护理管理合理应用在造口患者的康复治疗与护理中具备着积极的价值，可有效推进患者的康复进展，提升患者的生活质量等，能够促使医护人员更为重视护理细节，构筑和谐的医疗氛围，因而规范化护理具备着较高的应用价值。 Objective: To explore the effect of standardized nursing in patients with stoma.Methods:99 patients who underwent gastrointestinal stoma in our hospital in recent two years were selected and divided into two groups. The patients were divided into group A (control group) and group B (study group).Results: The results showed that the overall nursing effect of the patients in group B was better, the stoma score of the patients in group B was higher, the nursing satisfaction was higher, the number of complications was lower, the quality of life score and self-care ability were higher than those in group A (P <0.05).Conclusion: It is found that the rational application of standardized nursing management in the rehabilitation treatment and nursing of patients with stoma has positive value, can effectively promote the progress of rehabilitation of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, can promote medical staff to pay more attention to nursing details, build a harmonious medical atmosphere, so standardized nursing has higher application value.
