目的：分析予以踝关节骨折患者术后穴位贴敷联合腕踝针治疗的临床价值。方法：选取本院在2020年1月-2021年12月收治的80例踝关节骨折患者为研究对象，将其在随机数字表下以1:1的比例均分为2组，对照组予以手术治疗及常规麻醉；观察组予以术后贴敷联合腕踝针治疗；对比两组治疗效果、踝关节功能、疼痛程度及并发症发生率。结果：（1）对比治疗效果，观察组显著高于对照组95.00%>75.00%（χ2=6.275，P<0.05）。（2）对比踝关节功能，术前无统计差异（P<0.05）；术后，观察组AOFAS评分高于对照组，踝关节活动度屈曲、背伸高于对照组，负重外翻、负重内翻低于对照组（t=3.995/6.914/4.494/8.604/6.922，P<0.05）。（3）对比疼痛程度（NRS评分），术后 6h无差异（P>0.05）；术后12h/24h/72h/7d/14d，观察组均低于对照组（t=14.070/11.073/13.472/18.472/13.733，P<0.05）。（4）对比并发症发生率，观察组低于对照组5.00%<22.50%（χ2=5.165，P<0.05）。结论：予以踝关节骨折患者术后穴位贴敷联合腕踝针治疗效果显著，可减轻患者术后疼痛，改善其踝关节功能，预防并发症的发生，值得推广。 Objective: To analyze the clinical value of acupoint sticking combined with wrist and ankle acupuncture in the treatment of ankle fracture.Methods:80 patients with ankle joint fracture admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were divided into two groups according to the ratio of 1:1 under the random number table.The control group was treated with surgery and routine anesthesia.The observation group was treated with post-operation application combined with wrist and ankle acupuncture.The treatment effect, ankle joint function, pain degree and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:(1) Compared with the control group, the therapeutic effect in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (95.00%>75.00%,χ2=6.275, P <0.05).(2) There was no statistical difference in ankle joint function before operation (P <0.05).(3) Compared with the NRS score, there was no significant difference at 6 h after operation (P >0.05).(4) Compared with the control group, the incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%<22.50%(χ2=5.165, P <0.05).Conclusion: Postoperative acupoint application combined with wrist and ankle acupuncture is effective in the treatment of patients with ankle fracture, which can reduce postoperative pain, improve ankle joint function and prevent complications.
