目的：探究不同采血方法进行血常规检验在临床中的临床应用价值。方法：选取本院检验科近一年内（2021.01-2022.01）来院进行血常规检验的对象，进行分组对比的方法进行实验观察与研究。其中一组为A组，进行末梢采血分析并观察记录PLT、RBC、Hb、HCT、MCV、MCH、MCHC、WBC结果；另一组为B组，进行静脉采血分析并观察记录PLT、RBC、Hb、HCT、MCV、MCH、MCHC、WBC、结果。结果：在无其他客观因素干扰时，B组的各项实验观察数据（PLT、RBC、Hb、HCT、MCV、MCH、MCHC、PLT）水平均高于于A组，WBC水平低于A组。结论：通过对两组血常规检验对象的检验报告可知，采用静脉采血的方式对于血常规检验的结果来说更准确，方法有效，值得推广。 Objective: To explore the clinical application value of blood routine test with different blood sampling methods.Methods: In the past one year (2021.01-2022.01), the subjects who came to our hospital for routine blood test were selected for experimental observation and study.The results of PLT, RBC, Hb, HCT, MCV, MCH, MCHC and WBC were observed and recorded in peripheral blood samples of group A, and the results of PLT, RBC, Hb, HCT, MCH, MCHC and WBC were observed and recorded in venous blood samples of group B.Results: The levels of PLT, RBC, Hb, HCT, MCV, MCH, MCHC, PLT in group B were higher than those in group A and WBC was lower than that in group A.Conclusion: From the test report of two groups of blood routine test objects, it can be known that the method of venous blood collection is more accurate for the results of blood routine test, and the method is effective, which is worth popularizing.
