目的：分析冰水擦拭联合冷藏柠檬漱口水喷雾对ICU患者口渴口干的护理效果。方法：按随机数字表法将98例普外ICU病房有口渴口干症状的患者分成两组，即对照组49例，给予常规口腔护理，观察组49例，在对照组护理基础上给予冰水擦拭联合冷藏柠檬漱口水喷雾护理。以两组患者的口渴痛苦、口渴强度以及口干程度等指标为对比项目。结果：护理后，观察组口渴痛苦、口渴强度以及口干程度等评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组口腔黏膜程度评分（1.22±0.42）分低于对照组的（2.21±0.84）分（P<0.05）。结论：对ICU病房有口渴口干症状的患者采取冰水擦拭联合冷藏柠檬漱口水喷雾护理干预，可使患者的口渴口干症状得到显著改善。 Objective: To analyze the nursing effect of ice-water wiping combined with chilled lemon mouthwash spray on thirsty patients with ICU.Methods:98 patients with thirsty and dry mouth symptoms in ICU ward were divided into two groups according to the random number table, the control group (n=49) was given routine oral nursing, the observation group (n=49) was given ice-water wiping and cold-storage lemon mouthwash spray nursing.The indexes of thirst pain, thirst intensity and dry mouth degree were compared between the two groups.Results: The scores of thirst pain, thirst intensity and dry mouth degree in observation group were lower than those in control group (P <0.05), and the scores of oral mucosa degree in observation group (1.22±0.42) were lower than those in control group (2.21±0.84)(P <0.05).Conclusion: The nursing intervention of ice-water wiping combined with chilled lemon mouthwash spray can significantly improve the thirsty symptoms of patients in ICU ward.
