脑源性营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)是神经营养因子之一,对神经细胞的生长、发育、分化和成熟具有非常重要的作用。近年研究发现BDNF水平与各种神经退行性疾病及精神病类疾病引起的认知功能障碍密切相关,现综述如下。
