目的:肝上皮样血管内皮瘤是一种罕见的血管源性生成肿瘤，主要发生在肝脏，目前病因和发病机制尚不明确，尚无公认的有效治疗方法。临床上少见。临床缺乏特异性表现，部分患者可无症状。本文报道1例肝上皮样血管内皮瘤患者手术切除治疗。
