文章摘要
水凝胶是一种网状交联三维结构并且具有良好吸水性能的软材料,现已应用在多种领域。但传统水凝胶不可重塑变形,受到破坏之后不能自我修复。因此,有必要制备可塑性变形的自愈性水凝胶来实现对其形状重塑和循环使用的目的。本文分别讨论了不同化学共价键制备自愈性水凝胶的方法及研究进展,如亚胺键/酰腙键、硼酸脂键、二硫键以及Diels-Alder反应等,并总结其在药物载体、伤口敷料、组织工程中的应用,并对其未来发展前景进行展望,以期为此类水凝胶的设计、制备与应用提供参考。
