目的：探讨对老年重症肺炎患者给予胸腺肽联合阿米卡星雾化给药治疗的临床疗效及对其血清可溶性尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物受体（suPAR）水平、免疫功能指标的影响。方法：抽选于2020年5月-2022年4月期间老年重症肺炎患者100例，按随机掷币划分组别，即对照组、研究组，各50例。对照组接受常规治疗，研究组接受胸腺肽+阿米卡星雾化给药治疗。评价及对比两组的疗效、血清suPAR水平、免疫功能、不良反应。结果：研究组的疗效总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组的血清suPAR水平高于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组的CD3+、CD4+均高于对照组，CD8+低于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组的不良反应率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：对老年重症肺炎患者给予胸腺肽联合阿米卡星雾化给药治疗，疗效确切，可改善血清suPAR指标，提高机体免疫功能，且不良反应少，具有良好的有效性及安全性。
