社会情感能力对我国当前的教育发展与学校变革有着重要的意义和价值。然而,我国当下面临着教师社会情感能力不足、缺乏科学评价、相关指导不到位等现实困境,阻碍了社会情感能力的培养。对师范生而言,具备良好的社会情感能力可以促进其个体发展,帮助其更快适应教师角色,有利于教师专业发展,并且处于培养社会情感能力的关键期。为了更好地提升教师的社会情感能力,宜从完善师范生培养方案与课程建设、充分开展相关活动、鼓励进行SEL研究等方面探索培养师范生社会情感能力的可能路径,从而更好地落实好社会情感能力教育,促进教育高质量发展。
