语料库文体学的研究范式凭借其数据客观、定性与定量分析相结合的优点，进入研究者的视野。然而国内运用该研究范式展开的研究相对较少。为了进一步拓展国内语料库文体学研究，自建语料库，提取并分析关键词及其索引，对《哈克贝利费恩历险记》中的人物角色进行全面分析。研究对小说主要人物形象产生了新的见解：Huck善于分析当前的形式，聪明机智，但却对事物抱有悲观态度；Jim是卑微的受害者，经常受小说中其他人物支配；Duke常对事物发展出谋划策，扮演着指挥者的角色。以上结论表明语料库文体学研究方法可以挖掘文本的深层次含义，进一步深化读者对小说中人物形象的认识。
