STEAM 教育理念下幼儿教师专业发展困境与路径研究

多学科融合的STEAM 教育强调培养未来融入社会的核心竞争力,该理念与当前推动学前教育教学实践创新,促进学前教育高质量发展战略相契合。幼儿教师作为学前教育发展的关键,在新发展战略需求背景下专业发展面临挑战。针对STEAM 教育理念下幼儿教师专业发展目前在职前培养阶段跨学科知识、学科整合、融合性创新能力,职后深化阶段理念把握、课程设计开发、教师自驱力方面存在的困境,基于职前和职后两个阶段的贯通性,分别从外部赋能、内部驱动两个维度,提出了加强融合性课程建设、强化综合素养,构建完善职前融合创新职后动态发展的评价机制;拓展教学技能、强化专业发展意识、提升教学效能感的发展路径,为强化新时代幼儿教师专业发展提供参考。
