目的:探究高校心理委员提升胜任力的心理机制,完善高校心理健康教育体系。方法:通过单因素实验设计,考察权力感对心理委员胜任力的影响及自我-他人重叠的中介作用。结果:权力感显著正向预测心理委员胜任力,高权力感组心理委员胜任力显著更高;权力感显著正向预测自我-他人重叠;自我-他人重叠显著正向预测心理委员胜任力;自我-他人重叠在权力感与心理委员胜任力之间起部分中介作用。结论:高校心理委员的权力感水平越高,其专业心理委员胜任力就越强,而这一效应部分通过增强自我-他人重叠这一促进心理融合的内在机制实现。
