目的：探讨基层产妇产后访视护理在产妇保健中的作用分析。方法：选取2021年1月—2022年12月于我院顺利分娩的基层产妇124例，随机分为两组，对照组应用常规护理，研究组在此基础上给予产后访视护理，观察比对两组产妇的患病情况，以及产妇对新生儿儿童保健护理知识和自我保健知识的掌握度。结果：研究组红臀、脐带感染、消化不良、产褥感染、乳头皲裂发生率均比对照组低（P＜0.05）；研究组黄疸护理、呕吐物观察、体温测量、皮肤护理知识掌握度比对照组高（P＜0.05）；研究组产妇保健知识，如生活习惯、饮食知识、乳房疾病、护理知识的掌握度均比对照组高（P＜0.05）。结论：将产后访视护理应用于基层产妇中，不仅可以提高其对自身保健护理知识的掌握度，同时可以提高其照顾新生儿的能力，在降低产妇和新生儿疾病出现率方面具有积极作用，值得推广应用。
