目的：对早期较小翼状胬肉手术干预的临床研究。方法：选择贵州医科大学附属白云医院2020年7月-2021年7月收治的翼状胬肉患者60例（60只眼），依据翼状胬肉侵犯角膜缘的大小分为实验组（较小翼状胬肉患者：翼状胬肉侵入角膜内，1mm≤长度≤2.5mm；（30个病人、30眼均为单眼手术病人）和对照组（翼状胬肉侵入角膜内：长度＞2.5mm。（30个病人、30眼均为单眼手术病人），对两组患者使用同样的手术后，比较两组患者术后不同时间舒适度以及随访观察疗效比较。结果：1、对实验组与对照组在术后1天、3天、7天、10天患者舒适度比较（畏光、流泪、异物感以及疼痛），实验组术后不同时间的舒适度较对照组明显较佳，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2、术后随访1年，实验组与对照组疗效比较，两组无明显差异，无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：早期对较小翼状胬肉进行手术治疗，不仅可以提高患者术后舒适度，而且复发率无明显升高。
