白内障是目前世界范围内最常见的致盲眼病之一,其发病的主要原因是由于晶状体蛋白质变性而导致混浊。自噬是细胞内部的一种降解和循环利用过程,对于维持晶状体细胞的健康和透明度至关重要。与晶状体上皮细胞自噬相关mRNA的表达变化在白内障的发病过程中发挥着重要作用。本文对ATG基因家族、miRNA、基因蛋白和lncRNA BANCR调控晶状体上皮细胞自噬在白内障发生发展中的作用机制最新进展予以综述。
