甘油三酯和葡萄糖指数(Triglyceride-glucose index,TyG)是胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)的生化指标,目前该指标已被认为是一种新型替代胰岛素抵抗的指标。近年来已有较多国内外研究表明,TyG指数在急性缺血性脑卒中(acute ischemic stroke,AIS)的发生及进展风险、预后等密切相关,但其截断值目前为止仍未有一个统一标准的参考值。本文将进一步探讨TyG指数在AIS的发生及进展风险、预后等不同时期中的潜在价值,对国内外最新相关性研究进行荟萃及综述。
